Our well trained engineers are always in the know, and will be more then happy to answer any enquires you may have about a repair or items and devices fitted to your caravan.

  • You should always keep your caravan in tip-top condition. Regular servicing and maintenance will pay off in the long run, giving you greater reliability and peace of mind. However, be careful; there are safety and legal issues to bear in mind. Every vehicle or trailer is required by law to be in a condition where it can not, by normal operation, cause danger to anyone. Some items can be checked yourself, lights and tyres for example, but the braking system, gas and electrical systems and habitation area are best left to the experts.

  • Preparing your touring caravan for the winter is a must. 

    Firstly, and most importantly, drain the water system to prevent the sub-zero temperatures from freezing the pipes. Water expands when frozen and can easily split pipes (even metal ones), causing pumps to break internally and wreck water storage tanks leaving you with potentially expensive damage.

  • Dehumidifiers are used to remove trace amounts of water in the air. Humid air can cause mould or mildew to grow, posing numerous health risks. After using a caravan in damp or wet conditions, it is good practice to use a dehumidifier to lower the moisture in the air and prevent condensation and any issues it may cause.
